When is DroneDeploy Conference 2023?

DroneDeploy Conference 2023 will be held on Wednesday, October 11 through Thursday, October 12. There will be an optional training session on Tuesday, October 10.

Where will DroneDeploy Conference 2023 be held?

At The Curtis Hotel in Denver, CO. Visit our venue section for more info.

How much does it cost?

Early-bird registration is $695 through August 15. Regular registration is $995 through September 15. Late registration is $1195 through October 7. More information can be found here.

What’s included in my registration?

Your registration grants you access to all sessions including keynotes, general sessions, breakouts, and networking events. Meals including breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks & beverages are included along with food & drink at the networking receptions. Lodging is not included with your registration.

Is there a room block?

Yes, please make sure to visit our venue section to book your room at the group rate.

What is your refund policy?

Conference registrations are fully refundable through August 31, 2023. If you cancel your registration from September 1 through September 30, 2023, you will receive 50% of your ticket purchase price. No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2023. Please refer to our official terms and conditions for full details. 

Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] to be considered.

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague if I can no longer attend?

Yes, please contact [email protected] to transfer your registration. You may transfer your registration until September 30, 2023 at 11:59pm PT. Transfers will not be issued after that date.

Will there be Q&A in the sessions?

Yes, breakout sessions will include Q&A at the end of the presentations.

How do I network or interact with other attendees at the conference?

There will be dedicated networking sessions including the awards reception and BBQ, scheduled breaks, Q&A in breakout sessions, a lounge to meet with DroneDeploy experts, and direct messaging to attendees via the mobile app.
